For routine prophylaxis to prevent or reduce the frequency of bleeding episodes in adults and children 12 years of age and older with hemophilia A or B with or without inhibitors.

For treating bleeding episodes and preventing bleeding during surgeries and procedures in hemophilia A or B with inhibitors, congenital Factor VII (FVII) deficiency, Glanzmann’s thrombasthenia when platelets don't work, and in adults with acquired hemophilia.

For treating, preventing, or reducing the number of bleeding episodes in hemophilia A.

Novoeight® [Antihemophilic Factor (Recombinant)]

For controlling and preventing bleeding in hemophilia A.

Rebinyn® [Coagulation Factor IX (Recombinant), GlycoPEGylated]

For treating, preventing, or reducing the number of bleeding episodes in hemophilia B.

tretten® [Coagulation Factor XIII A-Subunit (Recombinant)]

For preventing bleeding in congenital FXIII A-subunit deficiency.
